Why Sports Conference

Wednesday 17 May 2017

Putting policy ino practice

In December 2015 after a lengthy public consultation, Tracey Crouch - Sports Minister introduced the much anticipated Sporting Future strategy. This was quickly followed by Sport England's strategy, Towards An Active Nation in May 2016.

This annual Why Sports conference will focus on putting these new policies into practice. Delivered in association with London Sport and supported by many leading organisations the conference will focus on the progress of the Sporting Future - Towards an Active Nation strategy, identifying how current and future partners from all areas of public, private and third sectors can work together to ensure increased activity across the nation.
