The Council's project to regenerate Thornton Heath is underway. We believe that the art can partner the regeneration project and enhance the council's vision for the area by bringing together: the council, local businesses, community groups, young people, artists, musicians, singers, rappers, actors, writers, poets, dancers, photographers and other creatively minded people to raise the profile of the area making it a better place to live and visit

The Question Time format is intended to create dynamic space through which the local arts community and other interested people/groups can have a stake in the creative regeneration of Thornton Heath
