Maintenance Worker

Salary:
£22,000 p.a.

No of Hours:
37.5 hours per week for sites in South London, Kensington, and Chelsea

Role:
The successful applicant will, under the direction of the Facilities Manager, will provide proactive and responsive repairs and maintenance services to ensure that faults in properties, including household equipment and fittings are dealt with in a timely fashion. He/she will carry out initial inspection of faults reported and make repairs where appropriate. Find out more
