When someone offers their time, it can be hard to say no. In this session we'll explore when it’s OK to say NO and how it can be approached.

During this workshop session we will look at reasons why someone might not be suitable for your volunteer role. We'll look at the ethics of turning someone down, what impact this can have and how it can be approached sensitively.
