Job Title:  Administration & Finance Officer
Salary:     Up to £24,000 (dependent on experience)
Hours:      40 hours per week including some evenings and weekends

To provide administration and finance support to enable the smooth running of Youth Zone activities, including but not limited to: running the Youth Zones’ day-to-day financial procedures, assisting the Chief Executive and Business Administration Manager in recruitment, deputising in the absence of the Business Administration Manager and producing business reports.

Will take place on Thursday 4 April 2019


Job Title:  Catering Supervisor
Salary:     Up to £24,000 (dependent on experience
Hours:      40 hours per week including evenings and weekends

To establish a new café within the Youth Zone and take the lead on running all aspects of the catering provision. To cook and create inspiring, innovative and simple dishes, be passionate about local produce, love food, have a “can do” attitude and relate well to young people.

Job Title:  Inclusion Coordinator
Salary:     Up to £25,000 (dependent on experience)
Hours:      40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends

To ensure that Youth Zone provision for young people is inclusive; supports community cohesion and provides an environment where members from diverse demographics, ethnic communities, and those with disabilities feel safe, involved and welcome. To broaden and increase overall participation rates to ensure participation is representative of the demographics of Croydon and the surrounding areas. To carry out targeted outreach and partnership work across the region to promote Legacy and gain an understanding of and work to overcome any barriers to participation.

Will take place Monday 8 April 2019.

Job Title:   Reception/Membership Coordinator (x 3 posts)
Salary:       £10.55 per hour
Hours:       From 4.5 to 35 hours per week (late afternoon, evenings and weekends)

A vital front of house role, the reception is the first point of contact for Youth Zone members and their parents. A welcoming and professional team, who are also positive about young people, will ensure the Youth Zone will function to its maximum potential. Working during the Youth Zone sessions, you are responsible first of all for giving every young person a warm welcome into Legacy Youth Zone. You will be responsible for the reception area, ensuring young people enter the session smoothly, processing new members, directing phone calls and enquiries, maintaining the membership database efficiently and carrying out regular communication.
