Job Title:  Youth Engagement (Projects) Coordinator 

Salary:      £39,930 - £41,847, Grade12
Hours:       36 hours per week

Role:
Looking to recruit two Youth Engagement Coordinators with specialisms in: youth voice, youth participation, community engagement and targeted group work and specialist projects.  Particularly interested in applications from those with youth work, youth offending, education and community work backgrounds.  The council are proud to have protected and increased the face to face support offered to young people who live, are educated or socialise in Croydon. This role includes evening and weekend working; applications are welcomed from anyone wanting to work in a flexible manner or interested in job share opportunities. Job Title:  One Croydon Head of Integrated Contracts and Performance
Salary:      £62,583-£68,751 CSR A
Hours:      36 hours per week

Role:
Looking to appoint a highly competent person with a high degree of contracting and performance management experience in health and social care. You will need significant commercial, contracting, commissioning and/or performance management experience and ability to apply this in a programme delivery context and be able to innovate and test new ways of working as we progress our integration agenda. Also, evidence of developing and leading effective working relationships in complex, multi-agency environments with a broad range of stakeholders, including the voluntary and community sector and the public. The post holder will need to provide an enabling contracting function that enables us to contract for our integrated service provision and be able to measure, monitor and track our performance and system risks with the aim of improving outcomes for Croydon residents. Salary:      £54,549-£56,604 Grade 17

Role:
Seeking to appoint three highly competent Programme Managers with significant experience of successfully managing and delivering programmes within a health or social care environment, and in developing effective working relationships in complex, multi-agency environments with a broad range of stakeholders.  The successful candidates will have excellent communication skills proven leadership capability including team working, staff management and programme delivery capability.  Key areas of responsibility include the on-going development and delivery of programmes that support the ongoing implementation of our out of hospital strategy, our new health and care transformation plan for our whole population and the development of locality, place based community models and greater integration of services.  Find out more.
