Alive n Kicking is a FREE service helping adults, children and families keep a healthy weight. They support families with children aged 4-12 years to improve their lifestyle, physical fitness and nutrition habits. Those who are eligible can register for a free 12 week Alive ‘N’ Kicking programme. Topics covered include portion sizes, sugary drinks, fruit and vegetable tasting, family activity and more.
