The Local Transformation Plan, supported by funding from the NHS, recognises such limits and wants to make sure provision is evidence based and more accessible.

The voluntary sector provision in Croydon, which was already embedded and well run, was able to extend their services seamlessly.

The CAHMS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service) was also reinforced; waiting time for children and young people to be seen by CAHMS is now  3 weeks rather than 2 months.

The Local Transformation Plan priorities are being reviewed for 2016/17 and a delivery plan will be produced by 31st December 2016
