The aim of the Capitalise Hub is to ensure that Londoners can get access to debt advice as and when they need it by receiving a full assessment of their needs and giving them access to the most appropriate channel of advice for them. Clients who need face to face debt advice will be booked straight into their local provider. There are 28 providers within the existing Capitalise project  - Citizens Advice, Law Centres and Independent Advice agencies  - who provide free access to debt advice in all 33 London boroughs

In short, this means that anyone you know living working or studying in London, who has money worries, debt or needs advice on unmanageable bills or threats of court action over debt, can call directly and get help.  They will receive a short assessment over the phone and then be given an appointment or transferred directly to a telephone provider of advice.  No queuing, no returning due to missed paperwork, just give call and be booked in with the right provider most convenient for you.  Home visit can also be provided for clients with health conditions, also interpretation for those whose primary language is not English as well as those with hearing impairments.
