Croydon Health Services want to involve you in improving care in Croydon.
They say "Our patients and service users in Croydon have an important role in helping us to continuously improve our care, and there are many ways in which you have already brought benefits. For example, in direct response to requests from patients, visiting hours at Croydon University Hospital have been extended and new and improved meals have been introduced."
They are keen to find new ways to involve you in their work, and are holding a Big Conversation event on Monday 23 May 2016 from 6.00pm - 8.00pm.
They are keen to hear from people all across the community, especially those whose voices might not have been heard before.
Ideas up for discussion during the event, which takes place at the Croydon Park Hotel, 7 Altyre Road, CR9 5AA will include:
- Having mystery shoppers who visit services to see what patients and visitors experience
- Creating inspection teams to examine the quality of services
- Launching a ‘sounding board’ group to test and improve the way the organisation communicates with people
- Setting up new panels and making better use of opportunities on existing committees.
They want to hear your ideas and suggestions. Join the Big Conversation today, and tell them how you would like to get involved in shaping their services and improving care.
The event is free to attend. Spaces will be limited, please book your place early here. Continue the conversation on social media, follow #CroydonCaringTogether
