Social Anxiety Communities Involvement (SACI) is a local organisation promoting the health and wellbeing for women with social anxiety in Croydon.
They have recently received a small award from Croydon Council for running the 'Confronting Fear Project' - free swimming and cycling sessions complemented by groups sessions for women who suffer with social anxiety in Croydon. The project is a twelve week project aiming to improve mental wellbeing and resilience among 30 isolated women with social anxiety living in Croydon. It will be achieved through a mix of sports activities and peer support group sessions.
