Find bereavement support at the Carers Support Centre

Losing someone close to you is a difficult time. Based on a programme developed by St Christopher’s Hospice, this new bereavement group for carers and former carers is here to help you share your experience, explore your feelings and discover ways of coping and finding strength.

The group is open to current and former carers of a Croydon resident, who have experienced a bereavement at least four to six months prior to starting our sessions.

Sessions will run for seven consecutive weeks, 10.30am - 12noon, from Friday 5 October to Friday 16 November 2018 on the first floor at the Carers Support Centre. Please note that there is no step-free access to the room.

We are able to offer places for up to eight people, and the group will be facilitated by a qualified and British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) registered counsellor.

If you would like to know more about the group, call Tanya on 020 8649 6280 or email tanyafitzgerald@carersinfo.org.uk. You can also download the flyer and poster
