What works for Inactive Older Adults?

A request from a PhD research student at the London South Bank University - he is looking for inactive people aged 65+ who don't do enough physical exercise to understand the barriers and motivation to exercise in older adults.

He wants to find out why and how they can make exercise more accessible and fun.  This involves a 45-60 minute interview in person or over the phone.

This is the final study and will build upon previous findings which indicated exercise adherence is influenced by  exercise history, individual preferences, perceived benefits of exercise, relationships within the group and with the instructor, the location and the elements of the sessions in active older adults.
