Partnership for Young London is Offering Peer Support for Colleagues within the Youth Sector

Partnership for London have been coordinating job shadowing opportunities for colleagues working within the youth sector. Previously the focus has been on creating more chances for co-workers to Continue Professional Development – particularly those who have fewer chances to make use of non-mandatory training. They now want to continue this but with a focus on peer mentoring.

With so many of us now working remotely, and constantly adjusting emotionally and physically to how we do our jobs, this might be a fitting time to broker relationships between colleagues who need support/training, using Microsoft Meetings. It could be a couple of hours with a CEO pulling your business plan together, some coaching around a particular challenge you are facing in your work or some non-managerial supervision.
Partnership for London are keen to establish this initiative in the current period of change, as a means of support, as well as skills development. If you would like further information contact
