MeLearning, is Croydon Council's online training platform offering a range of free courses to groups based in the borough and local residents.
They have recently added some new courses, including: Food Safety & Hygiene Level 2; Coronavirus Awareness; Unconscious Bias.

Food Safety & Hygiene Level 2
This Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene course has been designed to help anyone who handles, prepares or serves food to understand all aspects of food safety, from their legal responsibilities, kitchen hazards, to good personal hygiene and food contamination risks. Download a flyer
This course is intended for staff who work in all sectors of business. It provides information and advice to help employees become more aware of their own unconscious biases, as well as for employers to minimise unconscious bias in the workplace. Download a flyer
In this short Coronavirus elearning course there is some practical advice to raise of what Coronavirus is, how to reduce the risk of the virus spreading and what to do if you’re showing symptoms. This resource is for anyone wishing to find out more about Coronavirus and how to minimise its impact. The Module is called: iHasco Coronavirus Awareness.
Learning Objectives are:
- Understand what the Coronavirus is and what we know about it so far
- Learn how to reduce the risk of contracting the virus and spreading infection to those around you
- Learn about the symptoms and protocol if you think you or someone you know has contracted the virus
