CPFC Foundation are now taking referrals to engage young people aged 16-24yrs into the new ASPIRE II –Intensive Employability Programme. There are 8 spaces left on this programme which will engage young people for 10 weeks to develop skills for employment.

‘This unique programme inspires and engages young people through structured activities around football industries, events, media and culture; that supports them to sustain engagement by providing mentoring support; and access to volunteering and opportunities through the project’s links with the football industry and grassroots community organisations’.

Download a flyer and referral form which gives a little more detail about the project including the accredited courses, training and opportunities on offer.

They are particularly interested in engaging young people who are housed in Viridian, Orbit, Amicus Horizon and L&Q housing association properties or Croydon residents; particularly those known to Youth Justice or Probation, Looked after young people or those leaving care, with the aim of the project to get those furthest away from the job market work ready. Travel expenses and lunch is also provided.
