There are lots of ways in which social enterprises, councils, businesses and consumers can get involved in Social Saturday, taking place on 15 October 2016.
There’s a free campaign pack available online which gives you the resources you need to really make a splash this Social Saturday. It includes template press releases, letters to MPs, a social media tip sheet and more.
Championing British social enterprises
Social Saturday is a platform on which social enterprises can promote and sell their products and services, as well as dovetail activities and events – both in the run up to and on the day. The day aims to mobilise groups and communities to raise awareness of social enterprise within towns, cities and villages. Share and showcase your events and activities on Twitter (#socialsaturday2016) and Facebook.
Visit the Social Saturday website where you’ll find an online marketplace of social enterprises selling quality products and services. If you would like for your consumer facing social enterprise to be featured, email firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone 020 3589 4959.
