The CQC* has published a discussion paper - 'Building on Strong Foundations' - setting out the challenges they see and some of the choices that they face in responding. It reflects conversations with care providers, members of the public, professionals, stakeholders, CQC staff and commissioners, and more than 700 responses to an online survey.
