Our community builder recently supported a successful first stage application to the People Health Trust with residents to develop the Manor Farm Nature Space in Manor Farm Road. The initiative aims to bring the community together to create a learning space in an unattended green space. Residents are invited to share their gifts and create activities that are accessible for all and to offer learning opportunities to young people from older residents keeping people active and connected (funded by the Day Opportunity Fund). The project has previously also worked with a local secondary school, the Norbury Manor Business and Enterprise College for Girls. For more information contact Paul.Macey@cvalive.org.uk
