This highly interactive session is short and to the point. It gives the participant a good overview of what funders are generally looking for in a funding bid or proposal.

The session is only two hours and the last part of the session will focus on a specific funder that may be of interest to local groups. At this session there will be a focus on the Big Lottery Fund and their Awards For All small grants programme.

This session is a perfect introduction to those new to fundraising in the charity sector and a practical session for anyone interested in applying for a start-up or small grant from the Lottery.
