Young People - Impacting Policing Through Engagement

Friday 22 November 2019
10:00 to 15:30

Calling young people aged 11 to 25!

Come and spend the day sharing experiences and learning how you can impact local policing. This conference is on community-police engagement developed for, and delivered by, young people. With concerns about young people’s safety and the use of stop and search to respond to violence, it is ever more important for young people to be engaged in the work of their local police.

Every citizen has the right to be able to be informed about and to help shape how policing is delivered in their area. It is important for the Police to be able to hear from and work with all communities, and particularly young people who are most affected by crime, in order to be able to deliver fair and effective policing.

ALL CHILDREN UNDER -16 WILL NEED TO BE ACCOMPANIED BY A RESPONSIBLE ADULT.
