If you have a brilliant idea yet need help to turn into a great project, come on this workshop, which will also cover legal structures, leadership risks, raising funds, and writing budgets. Open to anyone who is setting up a community group, charity or social enterprise, it is particularly helpful if you need to work out your project ideas, think about what type of organisation you want to be, and want time to reflect on who will control / decide things. You can come as an individual, new group, or as a community group running for a while who wants a refresher.
