If you have a brilliant idea yet need help to turn into a great project, come on this interactive workshop. This session will also cover legal structures, leadership risks, raising funds, and writing budgets. It is particularly helpful if you need to

• work through your project ideas
• think about what type of organisation you want to be
• want time to reflect on who will control/decide things.

You can come as an individual, new group, or as a community group running for a while who wants a refresher. Real life examples will be used in group work.

This three-hour workshop (with a 15 minute break in the middle) provides plenty of time for chat questions.
