Zahir will guide you through an Introduction to Universal Credit covering

• What is Universal Credit
• What support is available. allowances, elements, health conditions, housing costs, earnings, work allowances/taper rate
• How Universal Credit is paid, how to claim and help to claim, your responsibilities
• Advance Payments, change of circumstances, consent and disclosure, appointees,decisions
