Frailty and End of Life (St Christopher's Hospice-HELP)

Tuesday 14 March 2023
10:00 to 13:00

This half-day collaborative learning event shines a light on the needs of people with frailty approaching the end of life.

The event will focus on the lived experience of frailty and propose an updated model of age-attuned palliative care in response. We welcome experts by experience, clinicians, service leaders and designers, commissioners, policy makers and others committed to improving end of life for those who live with frailty and those involved in their care.

If you work in a care home please consider staying on for the afternoon Care Home Celebration (you will need to book separately to attend this too).

The courses are available for Health and Social Care and VCS staff in Croydon via St Christopher’s CARE. Attendance is free for professionals in South East London as part of the Hospice Education and Learning Partnership (HELP), however, there are limited spaces. If you are unable to attend a booked course please ensure you cancel so that your place may be offered to someone else.
