Learn skills to identify, understand & help someone who may be experiencing a mental health Issue. This training is being provided by Asian Resource Centre Croydon and led by Chloe Spencer-Sales (MHFA Instructor).

When: This is a two-day course on 8 and 9 November. 

The two-day training will provide you with:

1. An in-depth understanding of mental health & the factors that can affect wellbeing
2. Practical skills to spot the triggers & signs of mental health issues
3. Confidence to step in, reassure and support a person in distress
4. Enhanced interpersonal skills such as non-judgemental listening

On completion, you will receive a certificate from MHFA England.

*Please note attendance on both days is mandatory to get the certificate.
