A free Ascent webinar with Respect. Under the Ascent partnership, this webinar is available to staff at services across London. 

This webinar is open to all professionals working in London boroughs on violence against women and girls’ issues from the community, voluntary and statutory sectors including refuge workers, IDVAs, ISVAs, social workers, housing officers, police officers, education professionals and health professionals. It is also open to Commissioners and Local Authority Officers responsible for commissioning violence against women services.   

What does the Domestic Abuse Act mean for frontline practitioners in relation to perpetrator work?

  • This webinar will take place on 12 March 2024 (11.00 – 13.00) and is trainer-led.
  • Successful applicants will be sent an email confirming their place, and a Zoom link for the webinar.
  • This webinar is 2 hours long. Participants will have to attend the full webinar and complete a brief feedback form to receive a certificate.
  • Access to the training is strictly limited and any organisations/ services/ boroughs who have not previously benefited from training this year will be prioritised.
