- Led by SLaM’s Helping Families Centre, using the Think Family approach
- Practical skills and resources to identify parent needs when working with families
- Suitable for all practitioners/volunteers working directly with families, particularly beneficial for new starters or those looking to refresh their skills or learn new ways to engage with families around their mental health
