Calm Mediation returns to deliver a follow-up session to the 'Making Constructive Conflict training in December 2024, but don't worry if you missed the last session this training is also suitable as standalone training.

Calm Mediation will be sharing techniques to give you confidence with tricky conversations - enabling you to prevent or de-escalate conflict situations. These approaches work with colleagues, service users, stakeholders or suppliers.

This session is part of the 'One Croydon Training Programme' aimed at Croydon's frontline workforce (statutory, health and voluntary sectors), colleagues working in Foodbanks, Social Prescribers, Helpline Staff, Befrienders and Social Workers.
