We are delighted to have Calm Mediation return for a third session to build on 'Making Constructive Conflict'. Don't worry if this is your first session as each one is suitable as standalone training.

In this session Calm Mediation will consider use of language and options for working with challenging behaviour. The goal is to build your skill-set to prevent or de-escalate conflict situations. These approaches work with colleagues, service users, stakeholders or suppliers.

This session is part of the 'One Croydon Training Programme' aimed at Croydon's frontline workforce (statutory, health and voluntary sectors), colleagues working in Foodbanks, Social Prescribers, Helpline Staff, Befrienders and Social Workers.
