Take a pause in your day and join us for Press:Pause - a short, guided mindfulness session led by our in-house Young People’s Counsellor and Mental Health Practitioner
Designed especially for professionals, this Friday afternoon session offers a gentle space to step away from the pressures of the workweek and reconnect with calm, clarity, and presence. You’ll experience around 20 minutes of guided mindfulness, with a short introduction and close included.
