Public Speaking (Integrated Care Support)

Most jobs require you to be able to present information in a variety of ways and settings and even the most experienced professionals can find public speaking situations challenging.
This session will provide you with the tools and techniques to build your confidence, engage your audience and make an impact with your presentations.
Eligibility criteria:
– you live in a London /Greater London Borough
– you are not in full time education
– you have not achieved this qualification before
– you are aged 19 or older on 31st August 2024
– you have permission to live in the UK for at least 12 months from the first day of learning
Course content includes:
- What is delegation?
- Why managers avoid delegating
- What should and should not be delegated
- The benefits of getting it right
