Domestic Abuse and Disclosure Training for Youth Charities (Tender)

Monday 22 September 2025
09:30 to 12:30

Tender exists to end domestic abuse and sexual violence:

  • Working with children and young adults to prevent them from becoming either victims or perpetrators of domestic abuse in the future.
  • Raising the issue's profile and creating a step change in attitude and tolerance of domestic abuse and sexual violence, from direct work in schools to training and awareness-building for professionals supporting children and young people.

All Tender's trainers have a Level 3 Domestic Abuse Training qualification and use creative, engaging methods to deliver domestic abuse prevention training nationally.

This training's aims are:

  • To improve participants' knowledge of domestic abuse and sexual violence
  • To improve skills to identify, respond to and prevent unhealthy relationships in young people’s lives
  • And to provide participants with tangible signposting and disclosure response skills to support pre-existing safeguarding knowledge

This session is focused on prevention and culture, not intervention.

This training is for people who work or volunteer at a charities in London ONLY and have limited current knowledge of Domestic Abuse.
