Organisations who employ individuals or have volunteers who carry out regulated activity with children or adults have a legal duty to refer to DBS if certain conditions are met. This webinar is designed to support organisations to understand what is best practice when it comes to making a referral, including consideration of context and supporting documents that will aid the decision making process. This webinar is suitable for those who already have an understanding of Barring referrals and would like a refresher, with plenty of time for questions.
