Are you a professional working with young people in Croydon?
This interactive training session is designed to enhance your confidence and competence in identifying substance misuse risks among young people. You will gain a deeper understanding of current trends in substance use, explore the impact on young people’s wellbeing, and learn how to navigate local support pathways effectively.
By the end of the session, you will be equipped to make timely and appropriate referrals, ensuring young people receive the right support at the right time.
This training is free for
- Croydon Council staff (including approved foster carers)
- Croydon-based schools
- Local NHS/public health services
- Metropolitan Police
- Local Voluntary, Community and Faith groups
Please note a fee is applicable
- to non-Croydon based organisations/individuals and independent businesses.
- for specialist courses that have been externally accredited (concessions may apply for certain types of organisations).
- if individuals cancel at the last minute or do not attend the session.
