Maternity Action is a national charity providing free and confidential legal advice on work and benefits for expectant mothers and new parents. We have gained funding from  Propel to devise and deliver online training and second tier advice exclusively for third-sector organisations in the London region, to increase awareness and understanding of the rights of pregnant women and new parents to maternity pay and welfare benefits.
