This 8-week group programme is designed for families with children aged 8–12 who live in Croydon, are registered with a Croydon GP or attend a Croydon school.

Through a supportive group environment, families will get support with:

•  Building positive mealtime routines
•  Supporting their child’s growing independence and emotional wellbeing
•  Creating balance around screen time and routines
•  Feeling confident through times of change

Sessions are delivered by trained HENRY practitioners in a welcoming group setting and are completely free.
