About this session

Early support can make all the difference. Reflect on subtle changes in mood, sleep, or energy that may signal distress, and learn how to open gentle, non-judgmental conversations with your child to find together solutions.

Objective: Strengthen your confidence in noticing early signs and knowing what to do next, without panic or blame.

Join our Reflective Parenting Group, a safe, inclusive, and supportive online space for parents and carers to pause, connect, and reflect. Each 55-minute peer-facilitated session explores a single theme through open discussion, gentle prompts, and shared insight.

You’ll leave each session with a deeper understanding of your autistic family member(s) and yourself through a neurodiversity-affirming, reflective lens and you will connect with others who get it.
