Eating Difficulties in Autistic and ADHD Young People - midday (Anna Freud)

Thursday 13 November 2025
12:00 to 13:00

About this session

Food can carry many meanings such as control, comfort, or sensory safety. Reflect on how eating differences arise and explore gentle, non-pressured approaches to nourishment.

Objective: Leave with compassionate ways to support healthy relationships with food and body. Please note we will have a separate section session covering in more depth eating disorders and autism.

Join our Reflective Parenting Group, a safe, inclusive, and supportive online space for parents and carers to pause, connect, and reflect. Each 55-minute peer-facilitated session explores a single theme through open discussion, gentle prompts, and shared insight.

You’ll leave each session with a deeper understanding of your autistic family member(s) and yourself through a neurodiversity-affirming, reflective lens and you will connect with others who get it.
