About this session
These are hard topics, but you don’t have to face them alone. We’ll talk about understanding distress behind self-harm and suicidal thoughts, how to respond safely, and how to access appropriate help and hope.
Objective: Gain reassurance and practical tools for staying connected and calm during moments of crisis.
Join our Reflective Parenting Group, a safe, inclusive, and supportive online space for parents and carers to pause, connect, and reflect. Each 55-minute peer-facilitated session explores a single theme through open discussion, gentle prompts, and shared insight.
You’ll leave each session with a deeper understanding of your autistic family member(s) and yourself through a neurodiversity-affirming, reflective lens and you will connect with others who get it.
