This session will cover:
What counts as disrepair
Learn how to identify common issues, understand legal definitions, and recognise when a landlord is responsible.
Your rights and the action you can take
We’ll walk through the process of reporting disrepair, escalating concerns, gathering evidence, and advocating effectively.
Update on Awaab’s Law
Get an overview of the new requirements introduced following Awab Law, including mandatory repair timeframes, what landlords must do, and what this means for tenants and frontline workers.
