Youth violence is not an unavoidable reality - it is shaped by environments, relationships, and systemic responses. Fast-paced, grounded in lived experience, and rooted in real frontline practice - this is not a dry lecture but an honest, solution-focused conversation that equips and inspires.

  • Recognise the key risk factors and vulnerabilities that underpin involvement
  • Understand the concentration of violence in hotspots and peak times
  • Apply evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches to prevention and intervention
  • Consider opportunities for cross-sector collaboration in tackling youth violence
