Outlook features to manage your busy inbox (Superhighways)

Wednesday 20 May 2026
10:00 to 11:30

Join us for a quick tour of a range of useful Outlook features and customisations to help you manage your inbox and make the most of the full range of Outlook functionality - from flagging or categorising emails, setting up sub boxes and changing your view, to scheduling emails to send later and more.

Please note this session looks at Outlook in the web browser - we will be sharing screenshots in a step by step guide so you can follow if using the desktop Outlook.

We will be demoing a range of features and then you will have a chance to test out features in your own accounts, so you will need to join the training from a laptop or desktop computer.

There will also be plenty of time for questions with some follow up support available.

* Bursary places may be available for organisations with an income under £100k. Please contact info@superhighways.org.uk to apply.
