Copilot is Microsoft's integrated AI-powered assistant designed to help with productivity and content creation.
Join this session to find out how to start benefitting from Copilot's capabilities, identify key factors to consider, understand the different licence options and consider guidance you can provide to your team.
This session will be highly practical with hands on time for you to complete exercises during the session using Copilot and a chance to hear from others using it for various use cases at their organisation.

This session will cover
We will show what you can do with the 'free' Copilot chat licence that comes with your Microsoft 365 account along with the additional functionality of the paid for Copilot licence (currently with a 20% discount for registered charities using the M365 non profit offer and costing £300 a year ex VAT).

This course is for anyone from a small charity or community group who uses Microsoft 365 at their organisation who wants to see how AI can help their organisation e.g. with content creation, fundraising and being more efficient with other day to day tasks.

Course format
Online interactive group training
This is an online interactive live training session. You'll take part in multiple interactive exercises. These may include breakout room discussions, use of collaborative tools and polls or quizzes. You'll be asked to complete individual tasks online or offline, which may include peer-group feedback. You may also be asked to complete a task before or after the session.
We're trying our best to give you a good classroom experience. Please join with video and bring your ideas, creativity, and challenges to share.
Trainer/s
Paul has been working with technology and websites for over 30 years. He has helped establish charitable CICs running local fund raising events (Kew Fete & Kew Village market) and worked with Charities in the Richmond/Kew area developing their websites and getting the most from the software available to them. Paul loves investigating new software products and helping organizations choose the most appropriate tools and get the most out of them to benefit their organisation.
