Creating scroll-stopping videos: How to hook audiences (Media Trust)

Tuesday 14 July 2026
14:00 to 15:00

Discover how to create compelling short-form videos that hook audiences in seconds, even with limited time and resources

Whether you’re struggling to come up with ideas, improve your storytelling, or create videos that perform, this informal drop-in clinic is your opportunity to get tailored advice.

You’ll also have the opportunity to connect with a small group of charities facing similar challenges, so you can learn from each other’s experiences and leave with practical ideas to put into action.

This session will explore how charities can learn from broadcasters and digital creators who use storytelling techniques to capture attention in the first few seconds and keep audiences engaged.

To ensure everyone gets a chance to ask their questions, we are limiting this session to just 40 places. These events fill up quickly, so register for your free place today! Please note that, due to demand, we can only accommodate one staff member or volunteer per charity who is responsible for communications, marketing or media.
