The South London Partnership Careers Hub is delighted to invite you to our Lunch & Learn CPD session on Understanding Neurodiversity & SEND in Workplace Experiences, and we hope you can join us for this online learning opportunity.

Many employers and Enterprise Advisers want to support SEND learners through workplace experiences and engagement with schools but may be unsure how best to do so. This session is designed to build confidence, increase understanding, and provide practical strategies for working effectively with SEND learners and education settings. It will be delivered by Vicky O'Connor, Director at IncludED Careers, a leading specialist in inclusive careers education and employer engagement.

We invite employers, Enterprise Advisers, and organisations to take part in this collaborative session to:

• Understand the four broad areas of SEND.
• Challenge common myths and misconceptions around neurodiversity.
• Recognise how different needs may present in workplace settings.
• Identify practical no-cost workplace adjustments.
• Apply learning to workplace scenarios.
