The core priorities of the Alliance can be summarised as:
NHS Funding:
We championed the importance of grant funding opportunities and kept an eye open for upcoming opportunities through our SWL Alliance and wider partners
Communication:
We tried to keep you informed and updated through your local CVS or infrastructure organisation in their newsletters, websites or social media channels
Mental Health
We worked on the South West London Mental Health providers collaborative with St Georges' MH Trust and SLAM to develop better partnership working to support the mental health of our communities
Strengthening and improving commissioning:
We supported a better understanding of the vibrant VCSE landscape in South West London and how commissioning processes can affect our ability to deliver quality services. We championed the importance of working in partnership with local providers and engaging the VCSE at an early stage when designing services.
