Job title:  Project Manager

Salary:  £26,240 for 4 days a week (£32,800 FTE)

Young Roots is recruiting for a Rise Up Project Manager to establish a new casework service, lead our monitoring and evaluation strategy and activities, manage our office and report to funders. S/he will work with Trustees and the Director to develop and implement our fundraising strategy to ensure project sustainability. S/he will also act as Young Roots Designated Safeguarding Officer, reviewing and developing our policies. This role is funded by the lottery through The BIG Lottery Fund until March 2019.

This is an exciting opportunity to join and lead our small team of dedicated staff and volunteers supporting young refugees in North West London and Croydon. The post is 4 days (30 hours) per week, increasing to full time, subject to funding.
