Salary: £22,000–£26,000 (depending on experience)

Hours: 30 hours/week

Are you passionate about supporting young people through meaningful, one-to-one relationships? Do you have the resilience, empathy, and commitment to walk alongside those facing some of life’s toughest challenges?

Ment4 is seeking a dedicated, proactive Full-Time Mentor to join our team in Croydon. You'll work intensively with a small caseload of young people over 4–6 month programmes, helping them overcome obstacles, build confidence, and pursue positive life goals.
