Hours: Either 4 or 5 days per week
Contract: Fixed-term until 30 June 2028
Salary: Based on a full-time salary of £27,093.53 per annum or £21,674.82 (4 days), plus up to 6% matched pension contribution
Location: Hybrid – Croydon and home working

About the roles
HENRY is looking for two passionate Facilitators to join the HENRY Croydon team, delivering engaging Healthy Families programmes and workshops (face-to-face and online) for parents and carers of children aged 0–12 across the borough.

One role will focus on families with babies and children aged 0–7, delivering Healthy Families: Brighter Future and Starting Solids workshops. 

The other will support families aged 5–12, leading the Healthy Families: Growing Up programme and practical cooking workshops.

Working in partnership with Croydon Council as part of the Family Healthy Behaviours Service, you’ll empower families to build knowledge, confidence, and positive routines that support lasting lifestyle change.

Based in the London Borough of Croydon, these roles involve travel to community venues, hybrid working from home and our New Addington office, and close collaboration with a small, supportive team to deliver evidence-based programmes and make a real difference to children’s lives.
